Where are we now?
We dive into a lot of questions and issues surrounding the current state of the supply chain in this episode – as per usual, we don’t have all the answers but what we do have is a great vantage point.
We are surrounded by so many amazing restaurateurs (many of you, actually) and that gives us a bird’s eye view of how situations such as this are dealt with successfully. That being said, we love to share what we see and learn!
